Why I Am Really Looking Forward To Beginning My Job Choice As An SEO, And Why I Believe It’s An Interesting Job Choice.

Thinking up new Career ideas is something that I’ve always been wanting to do, but never quite managing to do to my liking. It might be down to the fact that I’m not a lover of change (who is?) and also the fact that I’m incredibly picky and have spent most of my life turning my nose up at most Career ideas that have been shown to me. As an outcome of this, I had yet to make a good, solid decision regarding Careers. I was spending my time altering between jobs, never really asking for New careers as such, just new jobs that did not bore the life out of me and still helped to pay the bills. Unfortunately, when you’re as picky as me, everything’s uninteresting, everything gets repetitive quick, so it means moving from job to job on a regular basis. After several years of this aimless wandering between jobs, I eventually managed to find something that really caught my attention.

I was scrolling through the job centre website early one weekday, something that was becoming a typical thing for me as I was really beginning to loathe my job at the time. Always having to work weekends, and Always having to work late shifts was having a harmful effect on my quality of life. Ok, I know there people out there a lot more worse off than me, but I still felt I deserved better than finishing work at 11pm on a Saturday, consuming microwavable junk food and then going to bed because I still had a bad headache from work. So there I was, sitting looking at the same jobs I’d been looking at the day before, and the day before that, and the day before that… when all of a sudden, I found a job that I hadn’t actually seen before. It looked better than most of the other jobs I’d looked at. “Search Engine Optimisation Consultant’ – it got me wondering about what that could possibly involve, but I figured that whatever it was it had to be more interesting that what I was doing at the time! So I looked further into it, and what I found out got me, for the probably the first time in my life, excited about Careers and contemplating what I could do with my life that I would like.

Upon carrying out a little research, I went through many different emotions. At first, I was nearly put off by the whole thing at the probability of needing to pay in order to do the training. However, I choose to not be put off by it, and look further into it. This was when I truly began to get excited about the job. A first for me, I’ve never been excited about any of the New careers I’ve ever considered! Becoming a Search Engine Optimisation consultant is going to permit me to work from home, get me a good pay, and above all, supply me the freedom I want to work on things I’ve always wanted to do, such as write a book. This is why I’m truly looking forward to becoming an SEO – but I also love the fact that it’s such an remarkable concept, helping businesses a¬ttain high rankings on Google, something that we use everyday pretty much, most of us without even thinking.
